Vianderita: In Venezuela and other Caribbean countries, a vianderita is a small container, derived from the word “vianda” (meal), used to transport lunches or meals to be eaten outside, traditionally at work or school.
It is with great pride that I embark on this new culinary project, after devoting nearly 25 years to preparing hallacas, pan de jamón, and tequeños.
