
Vianderita: In Venezuela and other Caribbean countries, a vianderita is a small container, derived from the word “vianda” (meal), used to transport lunches or meals to be eaten outside, traditionally at work or school.
It is with great pride that I embark on this new culinary project, after devoting nearly 25 years to preparing hallacas, pan de jamón, and tequeños. I now offer, by the portion, shredded beef, stewed cazón (small shark), black beans, and other dishes (in addition to those already mentioned), with the same local flavor and an authentic taste not found in traditional restaurants…
